Our Montessori Children's House of Denver Programs
At Montessori Children's House of Denver, our programs support children from toddlerhood through elementary learning, helping them build a strong foundation for lifelong success. Each stage of development is supported through carefully prepared Montessori environments that encourage exploration, independence, and meaningful learning.
Our toddler program offers a nurturing beginning where young children develop language, coordination, and independence. In these carefully prepared classrooms, toddlers explore Montessori materials that support early vocabulary, movement, and social development. Through hands-on lessons and engaging activities, children discover the joy of learning during these important early years.
In our primary classrooms, children ages three to six begin building foundational skills in literacy, math, science, and cultural studies. Through carefully designed Montessori materials and engaging lessons, students strengthen concentration, curiosity, and independence. These early learning experiences prepare children for continued success in elementary learning and beyond.
Our lower elementary program expands children's understanding of the world through interdisciplinary learning. Students explore math, literacy, science, geography, history, and language through the famous Montessori "Great Lessons," inspiring curiosity about the universe and their place within it. Through collaborative work and independent study, children strengthen critical thinking and academic confidence.
Upper elementary students develop leadership skills and take ownership of their education. Through research projects, Montessori materials, collaborative work, and real-world exploration, students deepen their understanding of complex concepts while preparing for middle school. These experiences encourage independence and inspire students to pursue their interests with confidence.
Our summer programs combine Montessori learning with outdoor exploration and engaging weekly themes. Children enjoy time in the great outdoors, creative projects, and hands-on activities that allow them to continue learning while having fun during the summer months.
Digital Citizenship Program
Our digital citizenship program helps elementary students learn how to navigate the digital world responsibly. Through thoughtful lessons and discussions, students develop the skills to use technology safely and thoughtfully while building character and awareness in digital spaces.
